Catering
The Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall at FSW does not have an in-house catering department nor do we require you to use a specific catering company. When having an event, our staff will be able to work with you and our preferred caterer to tailor a menu that best fits your event.

- At all times, your caterer must abide by the rules and regulations of the Hall and the decisions of Hall’s representative during your event.
- Pursuant to our liquor license, all liquor requirements must be through the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall.
- Any caterer working at the Hall must have copies of all required licenses and certifications with them before they can begin serving.
- Talk to your caterer about their level of staffing for your event. The Hall does not provide staff to assist the caterer with setup, serving or tear down.
- Talk to your caterer about linen and decorations as the Hall does not provide these.
Beverage Services
We are happy to set up a full bar allowing you to pay for your guests' drinks, or have it available to your guests on a cash basis.

- $21.30* Double pour Mixed Drinks
- $21.30* Premium Cocktails (Old Fashioned, Cosmopolitan, Margarita, Espresso Martini)

- $7.45* Domestic Beer (Michelob Ultra, Bud Light)
- $8.52* Craft Beer (Stella Artois, Funky Buddha Hop Gun IPA)

Bartender charges are $100 per bartender plus 20% gratuity.
If per consumption charges do not equal $250, a $100 fee will be added to your final invoice.

**Glassware can be rented for an additional fee.
